At least the pats didn't get him back plus having the vikes 3rd pick.
Lets just hope this does not come back to haunt us against the titans in 2 weeks because he is going to have the bye week to learn the system.

he will. there is no brightside. a team we very well could be battling for a wildcard just added randy moss to an offense that already has chris johnson.

dolphins could've had a 8 game rental in randy moss that would garner safety attention, marshall gets safety attention the other side.....guess who is open all game!? bess.

this was a dumb dumb move not getting moss.

Yeh Unless i hear a really good reason from the Phins..claiming Moss was a no brainer...If we lose a playoff spot because of Tenn...damm...

I disagree. I think Moss would have been a great pick, but the more I think about it I started to get more concerned, and honestly am kind of relieved.

BMarsh was talking him up something fierce. It's already clear that he's getting a little bitter about his lack of TDs due to playcalling (as he's stated several times he's big on Henne, and doesn't fault him, so it's pretty clear he's thinking it's a scheme/coaching issue). All we need is Moss doing his schtick and bagging on the coaches if things go sour, and having BMarsh jump onto that bandwagon with his new bestest buddy.

I wanted Moss, but that scenario worries me knowing Moss's history, especially his recent history. We're a good team still, just take care of our business and we'll be alright. We're still 100% in control of our own destiny so long as we keep winning.

    Anyone who thinks...

Marshall, Bess, Moss = or < Marshall, Bess, Hartline is fooling themselves....

For all of the talk about how washed up Moss was..and how obviously NE knew he was....take a look at the way the Pats defense played against Moss on Sunday....

Then get back to me as to what having him would have done for Brandon Marshall and Bess....

    This.

There's no reasoning on earth that you could explain how we're a better receiving corps without him. That just make me lawl

    Well, uhm, no.

See, the Pats wind up with what will be a good 3rd round pick and the Dolphins still wind up playing Moss twice this year, so all in all, there is nothing positive to take out of this.

But hey, "Brian Hartline is working really hard"

If we had not had the cance to get moss id understand. But we did. The fact that we didnt go get him is sad. He could have made the team that much better. Hopefully we still go and beat the titans in two weeks anyways:)

I only fear facing Moss in the first half of that game. Nolan has done a very good job of adjusting during halftime to take care of problems. I do wish he could have them figured out before going in at halftime, but sometimes you need to see the tapes to see everything that they are doing to you.

Who knows if he would have even given a half-*** effort if picked up by us. I agree that Moss is great when he actually gives a damn but when he is displeased, he turns from sugar to **** really quick.

Hello, did everybody forget that Davis shut Moss down for zero catches that whole game against the Pats?

Why did the best team in the NFL let him go, really does anybody think about this, they trade him and he blows up, don't you think the Pats saw this one coming.
The Dolphins were not going to give him a contract and he'll act like this till he gets one.
I'll watch the Titans see how this works out.

I agree, but here's is the next question that will probably be asked.

Did Vonte shut down Moss, or did Moss shut down Moss? I guess we'll find out in two weeks. I can't wait!

    Thus separating the locker room.
Honestly why would you want this guy anywhere near this team.

Personally I don't see him fitting in well with the Titans. I really like Jeff Fisher but, I just don't see him being able to get to Moss.

That's exactly the way I fell about it. I wasn't against giving him a shot but I wasn't against passing him up. The last thing we need is Moss dividing the locker room.
