Say we beat the Ravens, and keep it close against the pats, then edge out the Bengals.
What are your thoughts on Cameron then? Do you forget about the miserable season and welcome him back next year, or do you hold a grudge on this season and kick him out. What do you think? Too little too late?

One thing that needs to be turned around is the defense, if Cam can whip Dom into shape and make it happen, then yes.

Man, I would love to know why we tanked on defense this year. Were we good with Sabans defense last year or Dom's? If this year was Dom's, I dont think I want that back.
One thing, I would like to see a more open offense these last games. I know what some will say, "Cam doesnt have the players for his wide open offense." Okay, youre 0-13, job on the line, try it.

If they can manage to win 2 of the last 3 that will go along way in terms of Cam keeping his job. If the beat Baltimore then I think Lemon will start the Pats game and Beck would finish out against the Bungles. I think they need to help Beck finish the season with a win and build some confidence.

Win or lose, I seriously hope Cam is given another year. No way ANY Coach can turn around such a mis-guided ship in just one year.
Some of his decisions, mostly play-clock, have been rookie mistatakes, however, until recently he was doing a miraculous job of keeping the team in games, which CANT be easy when 0-9, 0-10 etc etc

We tanked on Defense because we got collectively Old and Slow at the same time. People had been saying since the Jim Bates era that we needed to replenish the D. Saban never got the young guys any valuable playing time, and it finally blew up in our face this season.

All true. and dont discount the loss of Zach and both starting Safeties.
I think that none of the 3 will be playing next year either..at least not in Orange and Aqua.

Too little, too late. Cameron, Mueller, Capers and Armstrong all need to be fired.

Coverages.... It's been our inability to change and disguise our coverages. The whole "muddle huddle" thing you are seeing throughout the league is a result of not wanting to show the QB anything prior to the snap. From all evidence I have seen, we have had a secondary that couldn't get into their base coverage and remember responsibilities much less disguise them.

If your secondary is not doing anything different, your linebackers cannot do anything different.

If your linebackers are not doing anything different, your linemen are not doing anything different.

If your entire defense is lining up in a defense and playing the defense that they are showing - they are standing on the track waiting to get run over.

I think if he wins, he will be standing on the sideline in Ann Arbor, Michigan next year. The longer Michigan goes without a coach, the more I suspect even if he loses out, the Wolverines have their man.

Either way, I don't think Cameron is here next year and I do not think he will be an offensive coordinator again.

winning two of the last three equals progress, which is all you can hope for from a rookie coach on a bad team. In that scenario, I would vote for keeping him on.

Not trying to be the pessimist but if your talking about games like the Steelers and such that was more field conditions than anything. The Bills game we get trampled in the 1st half and in the Jets game the team quit. It's his first year and a portion of the locker room has already quit on him. I think if he wins some games maybe you keep him but if he goes 0-16 than how do you keep him?
