If I'm Dan Carpenter or Brandon Fields, I'm demanding a raise to have to play with these dimwitts next year.
Despite a mistake-filled first half, Miami's tied at the half on the road. Can't really complain. If the Dolphins can clean things up in the second half they should win this game.
thanks to the holding penalty, i got more fantasy points from carpenter. lol. too bad the beast couldn't get his second foot down in bounds though!
pitiful if anyone defends any part of that last drive. No reason for not having 7 points on the board. Go head' discuss....
Fellas, Murtha made a smart play, that GB player had a clear path to the ball, if that were blocked we go in at halftime shattered
im in ohio and cant find medi i have watched the first three games from medi then watched the prime time games on tv now im stuck watching the browns
Patrick Cobbs has been on a mission in the kick coverages. He's really stepping up and being a leader.
I would agree with that. However, that has proved to be a tough thing for this team, and coaching staff.
With all this mess it's 10-10 at the half, on the road, and we get the ball first. It's not 14-3 but I'll take it. Henne has bounced back nicely which is good to see. Also the Pats are looking awful today so far. So that should make us all feel better.
They're doing a good job of holding it together after it looked like more of the same with that red zone interception. I'm really going to be looking to see how the coaching staff adjusts things in the second half.
3 things after half: Stop being drunk on D. Mr. Marshall,.... elite WR's know where there feet are at ALL times. Mr. Carpenter,....ice in the veins. Great kick!
Lol. Of course you think Henne can do no wrong. He cost us points and GB scored off his INT. Sent from my Samsung Moment via Tapatalk
After a few years..... I finally made it back to the best Phin forum. My two cents..... Henne reminds me of a young Fiedler, playing wise. He is kinda just ....here. Doesn't lead, just shows up and plays. Oh, ya, and throews the untimely INT. This game should be 14-3. Glad to see Crowder back. Glad to see B. Marshall in Miami, saw his entire college career. A shame he couldn't get that second foot down.
Miami must continue to run the ball in the second half (Ronnie has 10 carries for 37 yards, Ricky has 3 carries for 16). It will take the pressure off Henne to make every play and will wear down this beat up Packers defense. Oh, and Yeremiah Bell can't give up the entire deep middle of the field again. We do that and Henne continues to produce first downs and 1-2 more TDs (and avoids throwing another pick) and Miami will win this game.
My thoughts exactly. Wish I could thank posts from my phone. Sent from my Samsung Moment via Tapatalk
It appears the Henne bashing is still on. EDIT: By that I mean it's 10-10. You can't "kill" a team until it's over or very clearly no chance for a win. Except Henning, **** that guy
yes, if we lose by less than 7 its on Henne this loss. Henne is just not an elite QB, he is another younger version of Jay Fiedler. He will win you a few games, but in most you are going to want him just to not lose it for you.
Interesting. I could have sworn that while that pick was untimely (likely cost us 3 or 7 points) that long TD pass that they scored was the fault of our defense (more specifically, Yeremiah Bell who completely blew his assignment and gave up the deep middle). But hey, if you want to put that TD on Henne, go for it. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, no matter how much of a stretch it is.
Did you notice the fact that GB scored ONE PLAY after the pick? Teams put a defense on the field for a reason too. Its just ludicrous to say that GB scored because of it. Sure he cost us points because we were going to get 3 or 7, but it was a good defensive play on the ball, and Marshall slipped a bit which prevented him from being more aggressive in going after the ball. So its alot more than just how you call it. but if you want to join the masses bashing a young QB, go for it. I couldn't care less.
