we're young. we can handle a lockout and largely return the same team. we're not the redskins. i'm actually not sure a lockout wouldnt benfit us. two years worth of draft picks to add to our roster?

KC hasn't done anything yet. Beating SD on Opening Night on NFL Network? Okay not so unbelievable. Beating the now 0-4 Browns by 2 and the 0-4 49ers by 21 still don't mean much to me.

But it is true that being 3-0 after being poor last year is a huge leap for them and they have a lot of room for optimism.

It still doesn't mean they've done anything though.

 

I'm not saying I could run an NFL team, but I'll tellya...I made a career out of building businesses and fixing businesses through the establishment of sold structure and good, effective processes, all guided by a strong base of principles and ethics.

I wouldn't qualify, but the team absolutely HAS DONE WORSE in the last 15 years.

 

This team is young and has a lot to grow, valid point, but if Ireland and Sparano are not open to STAFF CHANGES, then we may not ever get there in this regime.

Let's face it, SB teams don't have horrible coaches at vital spots as offensive coordinator and ST coach. To watch the phins becomes embarrasing a lot of times during the games.

I see talent being added but a lot has to be accomplished if we want to get there.
