The last time I was this pumped up for a game I was a freshman at Clemson and a handful of us bought tickets to an FSU game in Tallahassee....... we rode the entire way with the orange paw flags on the Jeep windows...... "lets kick some Nole butt rah rah rah!!" Then we left after the 3rd qtr in a game that unpleasantly ended 59-0. That drive home SUCKED a big one!!! I'm not going to this game, but you have me pumped up enough to feel like I'll be there in spirit with the rest of you guys. This is my redemption game! Heck with the locker room!!! LOL. Can we get Vinny on the PA prior to kickoff to call ALL the fans out so EVERYONE in the stadium can get jacked up?!! I wanna see some warnings to our sideline for excessive fan noise!! I wanna see Sanchez throw a temper tantrum b/c he can't hear his own teeth chatter after taking a massive Wake beating!.... REPEATEDLY!!! I wanna hear it so loud that no one can hear Greene whining for the cart after Soliai pancakes his a$$!!!.... then pours blueberry maple syrup on him and eats him. End our season? Not sure about that. Remember that we lost to you guys twice last year and still made it to the AFC Championship. Our season was in trouble last week, but by beating the Pats we made a big jump. Trust me, this is going to be a tough game for both sides. Always is. The Dolphins look much better than I thought they would and your defense is keeping your games alive. BZ

Yup... and if you keep it up you are going to win a lot of games. Three things seem to stick out about the Dolphins. 1) Can you score points on offense? 15 - 10 and 14 -10 are pretty low and against BUF who gave up over 30 against Packers. Vikings have a good defense, so that is fair but 7 of that is from defense. 2) Can you beat a team that has won a game? BUF/MIN are both 0-2. 3) Can you stop the run? AP ripped a few against you and put up over 145 yards. LT + SG =! AP but they have talent and if we can get a score going you are going to see a lot of them. End of the day, your defense looks good and is making the right plays. This is a big game for both teams. BZ
LT + SG (or Fumbles for short) do not equal AP Sorry, in LT's hayday I would say yes, heck, Greene can't even hold on to the ball. I do agree it will be a close hard fought game.
I'm not sure if you have seen the Dolphins game or not (since your a Jets fan I'm guessing you aren't going out of your way to watch it ) but our run D was a lot better than the stats suggest. It wasn't like the Vikes OL was opening huge holes, they weren't, the Dolphins D line was actually kicking their *** most of the game but AP was just ridiculous. He was like freaking Superman on a few plays with how hard he was to bring down and some of those cuts he made would have snapped normal peoples ankles. Although there is no way of proving it I would say that there isn't a single back in the league that would have rushed for over 100 yards on Sunday if he was in purple instead of AP. Sunday night is going to be a close, low scoring, physical contest that I expect to go down to the wire. There really isn't that much between the teams, they're like clones of each other. Both want to run the ball and win by defense. Whatever offense makes the least mistakes wins imho.
