Just registered on the site and wanted to say good luck to you all on Sunday night. I think the division is going to come down to us and you guys.

Revis dominated our Monday night opener and was good yesterday, but that hamstring really is affecting him...as you can see where he got beat by Moss. If Revis is out, Henne should do pretty good with Marshall providing Cromartie doesn't step up.

Anyway, it should be a tough battle. Good luck!

I'm usually civil and nice, but you are rooting for the biggest dump of a franchise with a loud obnoxious coach.. Since you seem civil and normal, the Dolphin bandwagon is accepting passengers.. We'd love to have you, especially after the Jets get smacked around like Sanchizes ego after what the Ravens did to him...

If not, I wish nothing but bad luck to the Jets and their team come Sunday

As much as you might hate Jets fans, believe it or not, a lot of us are classy.

Anyone else find it a lil ironic that Darrel's hammy hurt the worst after Moss (who had 3 steps on him) caught that TD?

I remember when we won the division in NY a couple years ago all of a sudden after an INT Favre holds his shoulder...gotta love these guys.

If you want me to say Revis got beat by Moss I can agree with you. Revis is the best CB in the league, but that doesn't mean he isn't going to get beat here and there.

Good chance Marshall will beat Revis this year too.

At this point, he'd do anything to protect the fallacy known as "Revis Island."

His entire reputation is tied to that punch line, he's got too much to lose. It shouldn't shock anyone to see him reaching for that hammy after Moss smoked him.

I understand, all corners get beat....what bothers me and not just Revis alot of athletes are so emberassed their has to be some excuse!

Looking foward to the physical Marshall matching up with Revis.

Also just wondering I bet Jets fans are very happy Ted Ginn is gone....he single handidly won the game in NY, and burned Revis himself badly for a 53 yarder last year on MNF.

I've been real nice and will continue to do so, but come on...he's not the best CB? If not the best, then I can admit that he is right behind Asomugha.

It was predictable.. As soon as he got burnt I knew he would pull the injury card..

Perhaps Revis can take some tips from our new enforcer, 5th year journeyman Jason Allen who's contract is much smaller than Revis Island.

As much as I think it wreaks, it is possible that he pulled something against Moss... You have to imagine that he was playing at 110% after all the smack talk that went on, with less regard for his health than he would normally have had.

Just saying... I personally think its quite possible he's just coming up with excuses, but I also know it's too hard to say with the type of game it was.

Yeah instead of owning up to it, they need excuses. I agree with you.

My biggest concern yesterday was Welker, not even Moss. So yeah, I am VERY happy Ginn is gone.

What? The Jets coming up with excuses? Heck they come with so many excuses that often it's hard to distinguish between reality and fiction when your dealing with the New Jersey Jets and their fans

Well rook, I suggest you change your name if you think he is Mevi$...

A more appropriate name for this Jets era would be
    SanchINT's

Then you should go into every game against the Jets and not even worry about Revis if that is the case.

Thanks man....I was impressed with how Mark Sanchez turned it around after the first quarter. We're gonna need to stay focused when we pass rush him, alot of the plays were made after he was forced to scramble.

Thought your DBacks played very well after Revis went out, so I'm not expecting it to be cake throwing the ball.

In all honestly...this should be a heck of a game. Both defenses are very physical...very. The Pats are a little one sided though...so you'll have your hands full with Ricky and Ronnie who ran well against the Williams Wall in Minnesota.

We match up with the Jets defensively very well, especially with you guys not having Santonio Holmes.

All in all...I expect the wolves to get fed on Sunday night, but it wont be a breeze.

Did you even watch the game the Jets played much better defense without Revis it was so obvious that the announcers even mentioned it. I don't know what he has done this year to warrant as being the best CB in the league unless you mean getting burned.

Uh....Im a huge Phins fan, but the fact is, Revis is the best CB in the league right now, and I see no reason for him to fake a hammy after Moss beat him. Every CB in the league is gonna get burned every now and then, and to get burned by a sure fire Hall of Famer is no reason to lose cred. Dude has game, and he wont blame anything on a hamstring injury.

That reputation didnt get earned this year....it got earned over the last few. Talk smack with the Jets fans...but at least be intelligent about it.

In the wonderful words of Brandon Marshall. "Every island has a beach." Moss found the beach and Marshall will too.

I am not worried about Revis, I never have been worry about Revis....the ONLY thing I am worried about is if Henne can deal with the Jets blitzing...

Henne sucks when defenses blitz, and apparently Henning doesnt know what a shotgun is......but Revis no...not worried...

I would say the Phins -3 but the O/U sounds right on.

    EDIT:

    Your almost dead on

    Phins -1.5 O/U 35.

I think that changes if Revis is out though.

He's an excellent CB -- and I've never said differently -- but the fact is that EVERY CB in today's NFL gets safety help at one point or another. "Revis Island" is a fallacy.

Hell, the guy has a Dick's Sporting Goods commercial. Its a joke.

Same back at ya man. Looks like Schottie got Sanchez rolling. That defense finally showed up against the Patsies. Braylon is still a punk.

Sunday night will be a test for both teams.

Meh @ Revis. I mean, his hamstring was fine last year's monday night against us.

    Actually....

Henne does NOT suck when defenses Blitz. Statistically he is pretty good at it. If CK pops up in this thread, he has some good stats to back that up.
