I see your point, but is inherently flawed by the fact that Neo would kick Rocky's ***. And Neo was badass because he could:

1) Dodge bulletts
2) Kick the **** out of other badass computer programs (not clones)
3) Blow up stuff with his mind
4) Fight in every form of Jujitsu and Kung Fu imaginable
5) And yes, he did it an a sweet trench coat...with sunglasses

When does this start?

 

I don't get the Godzilla or Cloverleaf deal for this bracket. However, I was a bit disappointed that Sergeant Martin Riggs didn't make the bracket. Section, you did an awesome job with this, but half those guys aren't half the bad *** that Riggs was.

 

If there was a choice between nailing the bad guy or stopping the pram running into traffic what would Riggs do? He'd save the pram, therefore he isn't badass. Harry Callahan on the other hand would feel awfully guilty about not being able to save the pram after he blew the bad guys head clean off his shoulders and he therefore is a badass.

 

I would love to see Batman vs Tony Soprano in the final four. Darth Vader vs Predator would be cool in the Chuck Norris bracket.

 

Meh, he just turned his dysfunctional emotions around to kill everyone else.

Riggs would save the girl, then find the bad guy, talk **** and kill him with his gun, his hands, his feet, a nail gun, or even toppling his house into the ocean.

Riggs is the ultimate bad ***. He is easily on par with Jack Bauer.

 

and he'd knock back 8 or 10 shots afterwards.
