    Jake Long (knee) returned to Dolphins practice Wednesday on a limited basis.

    The entire Dolphins offense can breathe a sigh of relief. Long, the No. 1 overall pick in 2008, is perhaps their most indispensable player. He'll almost certainly be ready to face the Bills Sunday, with fringe tackle Lydon Murtha or newly acquired Pat McQuistan ready in case disaster hits

    he was at practice (vontae) no noticable limp according to reporters, but they didnt see him enough to say 100%

    I'm quickly learning to ignore our "reporters". A limp? really? Unless a guys leg is in a cast or completely ripped off I don't want to know anymore.
