    Good.

Ray Rice should be a nice reality-check for them this week.

Thats great to be the best we beat the best! I never thought the guy should have held out anyway. wrong way to go about it being so young.

But Revis has hurt himself IMO. If he stuck to his guns on principle and held out , id respect the guy. It appears he just wanted to miss camp, and be the new NFL DIVA.

Just fine that he's coming back but i cant respect the man, and the way its now played out.

Ryan has no control over this team IMO. Good luck Jests

It seemed so crazy: is there any possibility that he has a injury we didnt know about? Conspiracy i know

Cheers, here's to Marshall napalming Revis island. NO MERCY!

IMO Revis can cover deep and make plays. But give Marshall the shorter 10 -15 yrd routes and he can turn up field and Bulldoze/Pancake Revis on the way to the end zone.

    No respect for this dude.

He wants to avoid work and get money.

This is the type of player that defines the Jets.

Everyone knew this was exactly how it was going to play out. No surprise here.

The fun thing to watch will be how the rookie FB does with Ray Lewis and Co. That and knowing that Pat Turner is FOURTH on the wideout depth chart. Combine that with Sanchez general sucktitude and you have a recipe for a potential shutout if Baltimore;s front seven can wreak havoc.

Nothing Revis can do about that.

Revis SHOULD have a very big target on his chest this season. His first three games are against Anquan Boldin, Randy Moss, and Brandon Marshall.

contract he got (going to get), anything less than pure dominance of those three will be scrutinized as a failure.

    Good luck.

They are so dramatic. The holdout ends as soon as Week 1 begins. You'd think they scripted this.

UMMMM no. The Jets are so above board i could never imagine such a thing. I already voted for Rexy sexy on my Nobel prize list. Revis is looking out for himself and should be commended and i think he also said im gonna take take care of the Ted Ginn Family. How dare you?

No surprise here. Obvious they probably had this deal done a long time ago. Just wanted to create drama to stay in the news, and make Hard Knocks more entertaining. All the while, keeping Revis off the field all camp to avoid injury and such.

I don't love the holdout, but I did like the fact that he kept real quiet, didn't make scene, just let the media sharks circle in their own chum.

Hard Knocks didn't help, but it doesn't matter it is done.

    True. True.

Don't love it all the time, but he produces the results (at least last year).

Time to see if he can keep it up.

Duide, stoip with the "he produces the results" kool aid. You got in the playoffs cause two teams rolled over for you, you know that.

A team with the "#1 defense in the league" shouldn't have lost 6 games during a 7 game stretch.

Without those two rollover games, your team was 7-7. Ooooh...scary results.

Not only did we get to the playoffs, we beat two good road teams.

Yes, last year was lucky, but saying the Revis doesn't produce results is crazy. Go look up some stats and come back when you are ready.

    http://fifthdown.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/07/06/football-outsiders-scouts-the-jets/

"To explain how dominating the 5-foot-11 Revis was in holding receivers to a 33 percent completion rate against him in coverage, while allowing a league-low 3.5 yards per attempt, the analysts at Football Outsiders had to reach across the line of scrimmage, declaring Revis' performance the equivalent of a wideout's breaking Jerry Rice's single-season record for receiving yards, or a QB's topping Dan Marino's iconic 1984 passing-yards total."

I don't think Pagan meant Revis doesn't produce results..I think he meant Ryan.

    Which I agree with.
Yes, your boys did win 2 road playoff games..so kudos to them, however if either kicker on one of those games doesn't go full-on-****** and makes a FG you guys were one and done.

    ^^ That.

Yea, you won two playoff games. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. The fact remains you shouldn't have even been there for those two games.
