I had to give up the computer feed as soon as he got up, did he limp off the field or what?

 

eff Darlington Jeff_Darlington Jake Long was just evaluated by medical staff at the trainers table. He walked back to the bench on his own. Appears to be just fine.

 

Armando says he came back with the team after halftime and doesn't look worse for wear.

Seems to think he's ok, though 'ok' to us means 'not out half the season'.

It is nothing according to Omar and Armando. He is on the sidelines in his normal spot watching the game on the super big tv.

 

If he was really hurt bad he would not have been watching the game on the bench, he would have been in the locker room.

 

Can't he hold up a sign saying he's okay just to calm the nerves of the fans?

They're saying on 790 that Jake will be OK. I sure hope they're right because we're pretty much ****ed without Long. Our depth at tackle has to be the worst in the league.

At the end of the game they zoomed in on Long and he was standing there on the sideline, smiling and looking pretty comfortable.... looks like we caught a break.

 

If They had performed a summary amputation and played on one leg, he would still be better than Murtha.

I knew he was fine as soon as he did not go back to the lockeroom after an examination. The trainer did the dreaded rage of motion exercise and the even worse stabilization resistance exercise and then patted him on the thigh. I watched that like my life depended on it. I knew we were out of the woods then.

 

Good thing, because Lord only knows what would happen if you called for Sparano's head.

Well, at first they didn't by Penny's second series they both played much more efficiently..even Gardner looked like he straightened out.

Jake Grove is a goner, they had Berger, Hartline (who could be the next Garner) and Proctor all are healthy and offer flexibility.

Grove has a ACR joint problem in his shoulder.

 

I counted 7 allowed pressures and 2 sacks allowed.

I watched the O-Line intently tonight.

I don't know who Eff Arlington is, but I love him. Maybe Jeff changed his name to **** after he saw Long down.
