Good read. If these linebackers step up to their potential, we are going to be dangerous to mess with!!

And there is the Charlie Anderson problem in a nutshell, he is good, not great, he will stick on a roster, but not start, that is what he has to overcome.

Thanks, very good read. Sheridan and Nolan are cooking up a tough D that won't be giving back TD's every time we score one like vs. Indy and NO last year. With our improved passing game, OL & running game, if the D catches up even close to what I think our O will be, we could make a serious run this season.

    Thanks for the link!

Anderson could be tossed into starting spot this season but unfortunately he is backup material. I think he could be a solid role player considering the amount of rotation we will see this season. Moses is the same type of player to me if he even sticks.

This group of LB's has a lot of future potential minus Crowder, Anderson and Moses imo.

We'll see, to me a OLB who can drop into coverage effectively is hard to find, so CA does have a role, however to be the starter he has to show more.

A pity Chuck Smith's passrush technique school is lacking Chuck Smith:

Smith is at UT, I know I've posted this video before but I really enjoy it.

And a couple of things I'd love to see when Camp Opens:

-Rehire the Martial Artist they brought in last season to teach hand fighting techniques, Jared Tomich and Mike Storms:

-Each Lb catching passes from the Jugs machine, like 200 a piece, Jason Taylor mentioned last year that he caught 500 passes off of a JUGs after practice, Channing never bothered, in Taylor's words:

"Channing was blessed with a lot of gifts, catching the ball isn't one of them"

This was after the Pats game when Wake pressured Brady into throwing a Int to Crowder for his first career Int..in 5 seasons...imho that is not good enough.

And there is the problem with Channing. Wasn't even worth discussing :tongue2:

Most of Sheridan's comments on the LB's were already posted in a previous article. There was already a thread on this.

Hey mods it might not be a bad idea to merge with an update.
