Voting down Cammy because he's "like Vanilla Ice" makes absolutely zero sense. Cammy has been on the roster for 3 years and contributed much more to this team than Vontae. The guy was 50 for 50 last year. He's the most reliable wide receiver on this team. Not to take anything away from Vontae, but what exactly has he done to warrant your vote that Cammy hasn't done to warrant you taking away from him?
For one there is a 100% chance that Vontae will be a Dolphin next year. There is less than 100% chance fro Cammy. If Cammy did not make that one catch he would not be loved. Just like if Vanilla Ice didn't make that one hit, he would have been forgotten by now.

Sure that adds to his popularity and as fans we're eternally grateful, but he's still a solid receiver that just seems to always be converting a third down. Miami was one of the best at converting third downs and he was a part of that, along with of course Bess, Lou, etc.

Camarillo made one of the most beautiful catches I've ever seen last year on opening day against the Falcons. He caught the ball between his leg and his butt cheeks and was able to haul it in for a first down. These are the kind of things you can expect out of Camarillo. He's consistent and dependable and has been our best WR the past 3 years. Without him we're 0-16. Without him we're not 11-5 and we're probably not even 7-9. Like I said in another thread I don't like assigning numbers to WRs but he will be on this team this year. If not then we've made a big mistake. The kid is money in the bank when you throw the ball to him. It's never a bad play when you throw to him. Meanwhile, yes Vontae had some nice plays but he also got beat quite a few times. I'm not trying to take anything away from Vontae. I think he will be a dominant corner in a couple years. My point here is though, if you're going to vote for Vontae off of 2 plays, then even Charlie Anderson deserves votes. You can't take away from Cammy. Not yet.
Without him we were 11-5. He got hurt that year. If he doesn't make the team, Miami upgraded the position and are better off for it.

I would say Bess has been our best WR the past couple years. I also could see him potentially NOT being on this team, possibly via trade. Bess has been our best wide receiver the past two years and the year before Camarillo had 8 catches. During the year he was out Miami improved their third down percentage because Bess took over his role and did it better. Camarillo is not good at getting open, dispite what people say that he is. He doesn't have a natural feel for the defense like Bess either. He isn't as quick or as fast as Hartline. He is a posession reciever on a team with three better possession recievers. Marshall drops passes, however I would rather he get any ball that would be thrown to Camarillo.

Nope. Definitely not. But I think it's disappointing and scary when a coach has a sophomore slump. I think a coach should get better every year, not worse. I still love Tony. But he had an off year last year, and I don't believe he deserves any shot at winning this year so I saw my chance to eliminate him and I took it.
Yup. Good catch. I saw one vote snuck in, and edited that, but didn't notice 2 snuck in. Fixed the Ness vote as well. As much as I ***** and moan about the count being off, I screw it up at least a couple times every year! A good reminder, I've been noticing sometimes people catch that someone missed a "+" or a "-" on a player. It's a good bet if a plus was missed, a minus was missed too and vice versa.
