You have to build a govenors residence to eliminate corruption in your colony. Corruption comes back to ALL colonies every time you expand. Corruption skims off 9% of your cash and lowers workers production PER colony.

Yes and upgrades are the same as the palace. I have a level 2 palce , a level 2 gov res , and a level 1 g ov res atm. Your gov res needs to be the same level as your palace to eliminate corruption in that colony.

I was attacked last night. I didnt even instigate it. He didnt really make off with anything cuz of my lvl 1 trading port, but im still pissed. Luckiliy he didnt attack one of my other cities where I dont have lvl 1 trading ports. I think I'll take the hit this time, but if he tries any more s*** that ****er is gonna get ****ed.

Don't think you can, it only tells you what how many units.
