10 atm , plus Motion is trying to app. Just look under the diplomacy button up top and click on alliance , it lists everyone and you can also see who is online atm.

Ive got a level 6 town on my island with no military Im tempted to hit, but Im pretty sure he could whip up a nasty retaliation as he seems to be loaded with resources lol

 

Obviously you have some talent at it...I dont want 126 angry soldiers coming after me haha.

 

Lol Im a loooong way from you, but its the town Crackhaus on 73:91. Guy has donated loads to the saw mill and the wonder so he seems to have quite a few resources. 0 military score, unless im just an idiot and doing something wrong lol
