In my opinion , if the trifecta want to erase the maximum of needs in this draft, their logical choice would be earl thomas, and in later round worilds ( I really like this guy) and NT after ( parcells is really good to found solid NT in later round). Opinions ?
If they stay at #12, you have to take BPA...now that could mean Thomas, Morgan, etc that still fill a need, but if they think Spiller is the best option, don't be surprised. However, I have my doubts that Spiller is really on their radar...a little too small and not known as an inside runner...Now, Ryan Matthews might be an option at 12 and not be too early... I don't know which way they are going and that's fine....but it's going to be interesting...
IMO Thomas is the only guy we could draft at #12 that could be that eraser. By eraser I mean the guy that could magically fix the majority of our defensive miscues. Draft Thomas and suddenly everything else would look better b/c our defense would be getting turnovers. Kind of how a defense like the Saints who were worse in almost every defensive category, except getting turnovers was good enough to win it all.
