I was just wondering which numbers you guys liked for Wrs. The past couple years, the teen numbers have been pretty popular and I must say, I am starting to really like them. Since Marshall picked 87, I was just wondering what the general consensus was about WR numbers.( was hoping he chose 11 :( )

Did he officially choose 87 or are you just going off him mentioning it during the press conference last week?

See above. But more or less...I was just curious about teens vs 80s :) not so much his number choice.

Some guy on FH ran into him today and specifically asked him and he answered saying he will be wearing #87

I always liked 80s, but I can see the need to expand with the number of WRs and TEs on most rosters... that takes up most 80s numbers, and if a team has any of those numbers retired then there is an awfully small bank of numbers to dispense. Teen numbers always felt natural to me for QBs and kickers.

It seems 40s are the red-headed stepchild of NFL numbers these days... who wears a number in the 40s?

The 40's were once worn by WR's and DB's...... now I only notice TE's and FB's wearing 40's

WR's should only wear numbers in the 80's.....they should leave numbers from 1 to 20 for QB's or Kickers...I hate seeing WR's wearing numbers 11-19.
