Do you know him personally as a man? If not then can you make a post like that? I'm sorry but I was arrested in my early 20's and had to constantly "battle" because for some reason society says it is bad to get arrested BUT its not as bad if you do bad and don't get caught. Just let the guy come to Miami first before you a start speculating negative garbage.

What am I speculating on? He's had trouble with the law that's documented.

He seems to have a trail of bad decisions behind him, some fairly recently. It isn't as though he had a slight run in when he was 14 and is still being cruxified after being an altar boy for 10 years.

I believe every person has a change at redemption. I hope Marshall does the same. I believe in the idea that "**** happens" if he can leave whatever influence in his life caused those bad decisions behind him.

If a person that does bad but never gets caught how can society rightfully be concerned with them? The only way people know of those things if if they are uncovered by being arrested or documented in some way.

I sped yesterday and didn't get a ticket. It doesn't mean that I didn't do anything illegal it just means nobody knew about it.

As for whatever reason you were arrested, since you brought it up, you seemed to fight forward after it if I read that right.

There is a difference between being arrested once and having numerous documented legal problems.

The scary thing is he had Kyle Orton throwing to him. Both Henne and Pennington are better than Orton.

In terms of his attitude, is he really THAT bad??? He hasn't been in major outside trouble since 2008, his problems from this past season were mainly with the coach.

I can relate it to failing a class with a teacher you hate, and then taking the same class with a different teacher who you connect with, and you pass with flying colors. I'm sure people have had this type of experience whether its work, school, a sport.

Throw in Puppy killer Vick and the only team I would be cheering for is whoever plays the jests every week.

Marshall is gonna work out just fine, as long as he remains respectful to our other players and doesn't let that contract go to his head

Some of you are ridiculous. You'd rather have D. Bryant at #12 - very talented but unproven - than give up two 2nd's for one of the top 3 WR's in the NFL? Two 2nd's < the 12th overall pick - on ANY value chart (worth considering). We only got Marshall because Josh loves the smell of his own gas. Two 2nd's is highway robbery.

Exactly. People are ok with drafting Dez at #12 but not ok trading 2 2nd round draft picks(equivalent of #18-#20) for a proven WR that is one of the top 3 WR's in the NFL. This is a no brainer. The Jets getting Holmes for a 5th makes it look not as good but we can't complain. It would be tough to get that type of impact player for this years 2nd rounder and next years. Plus we have the #12 this year.

    LOL.

The Giants haven't had a front page headline since their 5-0 start last season.

As the Empire State building was lit up in Green & White while the Jets carted off to Indy, I'm sure the Jets fan base was unaware. You know, the ones who have sold out a stadium since Shea.

Your fan base isn't even loyal enough to outnumber Jets fans during home games.

As for the rest of your post, please refrain from being an internet tough guy.

You really lack the intelligence to make it even remotely believable.

You're a funny guy though. A funny, very unhappy, probably lonely guy.

Says the guy who comes to other teams message boards to talk smack...

Not trying to start anything, just thought it a bit odd and worth pointing out is all ;) Good luck next season. There'll be a lot more to prove I'm sure.

Meh, I wouldn't have shown up if the news didn't deem itself worthy.

    Was a good move.

    Hats off.
