I feel like them having to go up against Marshall ever day in practice is going to help them a lot. so my question is how much do you think this is going to help each of there games?
Well, during the season #1's don't go against #1's. Pretty sure you go against the scout team. I could be wrong though.
They may not face him in practice during the season, but a receiver as talented as Marshall is sure to be able to bring insight and tendancies that he can pass on to his defensive teammates throughout the practice week.
This trade has helped us in so many ways.... It will free up our other recievers. It will make teams not crowd the line as much thus helping our run game. It will help our young corners in practice as well as our pass coverage in general. It will allow us to focus on defensive needs in the draft. It will help our young QB grow, develop and showcase his arm strength. And most importantly...we got a STUD who will produce big numbers.
Also the potential to be ahead in the game allowing our defense to play with a lead as opposed to playing from behind. Which greatly effects the opposing team's offense as well making their offense one-dimensional in some cases where we would be ahead by more than just 10 points. The less of a guessing game our defense has to play, the better they will perform.
