I'd actually say explosiveness was the biggest difference from this year and last year. I only saw explosiveness from him on a handful of runs all year.
I like Marcus Easley a lot. From Connecticut. Would be a great pick for our Dolphins in the sixth round of the real draft assuming he makes it that far. Big receiver, good downfield speed with the 4.39, like his hands. Him, Blair White and Jeremy Williams... like em.
me too. was kinda hoping he would fall to my next pick, but its no big thing...gotta fill another need.
LOL figured I'd share this since I brought up JMU a day or two ago... http://www.whsv.com/home/headlines/90544214.html
JEFF CUMBERLAND actually made it to me! I am very happy with my draft. only went deep on my board to get my OT.
damn alen. i was going to draft asante as my pick. he was number 2 behind a guy that i dont think anyone will draft. now i may have to draft him just to make sure. i hate you
I was hoping Asante would get to me, but when I saw you had two picks before my next one, Alen, I knew you'd take him before I could get the chance. I should have traded up.
Asante was a GREAT pick. I was having a tough time choosing him or Rolle. Btw I thought you picked the Fresno St RB. Thats what I saw before I went offline.
Haha. Yeah I got him as ST depth and as a box safety. In my base 4-2-5 with Quarters behind the front six, if he has to fill in, I'm comfortable putting him in the game knowing that his duty will be to fill the box and cover the flats.
If you picked up two players from Miami (ie Shockey and Vilma), maybe you'd feel like a champion for the first time since......before puberty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So did Alen select that Fresno St RB for Pete and it was deleted so Pete could post it?? Because I remember Alen picking him for SEATTLE and talking about him being behind Mathews and some other stuff and how he still needs work. I didn't see a trade just trying to figure out what happened.
Speaking of Alen ... is he ever going to pick? Maybe we can get Round 7 done by the end of the week ...
Look two posts before my last post....was that to you? It took alot if reseach to disprove that theory... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You're the only resident dal/fsu fan I'm aware of here. I do have a friend here in town who is a cowboys fan...I'm a saints fan...he's a FSU fan....i'm a U fan...he's a braves fan...I'm a mets fan...he's a bulls fan...I'm a celtics fan. It's insane. But as long as the saints aren't playing the cowboys he's a saints fan so he's tolerable. You know him sorta....the guy won our dynasty league the first three years. Also it's not exactly the same. None of these other yahoos were with us in the gm league 10 yrs ago. They aren't in our dynasty ffl league. Weren't at the sr bowl in mobile a few years back...didn't sit next to me in the dome at the saints-cowboys game in December...and they weren't paranoid about getting burgers at krystals on bourbon at after all those hurricanes at pat o's. You should thank me for keeping your arse from getting arrested as you did the next time you were in n.o. When I wasn't there....dammit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
