click on the pile of logs

use the sliding bar to determine how many people you want to put to work there

make sure you dont go negative on cash because everyone not working earns you 4 gold an hour but everyone that does work in the mill earns you 1 lumber an hour. Every two working in your luxury material earns you 1 of that material an hour.

 

Click on your town hall and you will see a button that says <change town name>

Thinking about pillaging the other inactive town on my island but he doesn't have anyone at the mill or quarry so I'm not sure if its worth it.

questions:
1) how do i tell i am the general of the ally I do not see it anywhere.
2) how do i know if i am under attack?

 

with all this pillage talk i thought id try some myself. going after an inactive on my new island.

 

On my pillaging raids, I've pulled in over 3500 gold, 82 marble, 90 wine, and 150 wood...

Going for crystal right now...

 

i let my cash get too low and all my troops left all 14 of them

 

OK... I am a bit lost as to how you can tell a guy has been inactive and his strengths of armies...

if hes been inactive his city name will be dim and their will be a (i) next to his name.

to find the strength of an army click highscore. then click where it says Total Score and change it to Generals. Then put the players NAME in the search part. this will give you a number. you want the number to be small.

On the "Island" screen an inactive player has (i) after the town name...

To check the strength of a person's armies, note the players name and go tho the link near the top "Highscore"

Change "Total Score" to "Generals" and click Submit.

Then in the "Player name" box type in the players name and click "Search"

If the score comes up 0, he has no military...

Try searching my name Khameleon for an example of someone with an army... Also try your own name to see how well you mare fare against those around you...
