There were quite a few funny ones this year 1) The dog's revenge mainly because I could see my Lab pulling the same **** 2) The Betty White and Abe Vigoda ad 3) 2020 Favre 4) The SuperBowl Shuffle ad 5) " If Polomalu sees his shadow, there's 6 more weeks of football." http://superbowlads.fanhouse.com/2010/nflcom-always-football/
I agree with this. For me the outcome also sucked for the second year in a row, and for the third in a row since I really started watching football again if we're counting the Dolphins.
This was pretty damn funny. The Coca-Cola ad with the guy in the outback too; but then you expect the SB Coke ad to be pretty good.
Oh, and outside of Audi, Vizeo internet television had a decent one, busting out the chubby "mya hee" kid and "chocolate raiiiiin".
The only ad that I thought was memorable was the Doritos ad with the dog. E-Trade's ads were, once again, the worst ads I've ever seen. Equally as gay as that ******ED dancing baby ad from the 90's. Shame on people that like that type of crap.
Letterman and Leno ad. Can't believe Jay did that. Would of been funnier if Conan could of been involved in some way.
My favorite five: 1) Google -- What a brilliant and unexpectedly touching way to totally sum up what your brand is all about. And ridiculously cheap to produce as well. Perhaps one of the most effective Super Bowl ads ever. 2) Kia Sorento -- The stuffed toy fantasy was a great way to show SUV's weren't as boring as you might think. A stuffed toy getting a stitched-on tattoo? The robot doing "the robot"? Genius. 3) Denny's -- Not exactly high concept, but there's something inherently funny about screaming chickens -- particularly when they're in space, and you can;t hear them scream. 4) Dorito's (hands off my mama) -- Cute and funny. 5) Bud Light (comet) -- One of two shout-out ads to "Lost" fans, the presence of Marvin Candle made it my favorite.
The monkey getting a stitched-on tat was brilliant. Kia has been producing some of the best commercials in the last year; the hamsters never fail to crack me up.
the favre ad was funny....might be the only one i caught the commercials always provide a window to smoke and pee cared a lot more about the football game
