I have been one of the biggest supporters of us drafting McFadden with our first pick, and I was hoping to devote the rest of the draft to the defense, but after the past 4 games I really hope we dedicate our 1st 2nd rounder to getting a QB. Now, I haven't watched Matt Ryan this year and I only watched one game with Andre Woodson (and wow does he look like he will be a good QB). I was wondering if anyone had any info or opinion's on Matt Ryan (I hear nothing but good things about him).

I ask about these 2 QB's because these are the 2 names I heard will still be available at the top of the 2nd round.

Matt Ryan will likely be a 1st rounder not 2nd rounder. Colt Brennan will maybe be at 2nd round but he will take time to develop (though he is younger than Beck).

Positives for Matt Ryan: Prototype body. 6'5" . Can make evry throw. Strong arm though not a cannon. Smart, heady, a real student of the game. Will find third and fourth options on pass plays. Accurate. Will make some unbelievable throws. Throws one of the best fades you'll ever see. Tough in pocket. Can move though not a scrambler. Tough, has played through injuries. Is playing with no receivers and no running backs and still got his team into the Bowl Games

Negatives: Bit of the gunslinger mentality. Loves his arm and will try to force it into tight spaces, sometimes with adverse effects. Has trouble reading safety coverage sometimes and will get picked. His only real negative is he throws too many picks but one can argue its due to no talent on the offensive side of the ball and being forced to create something. Reading the safeties better should come within one year of good coaching

    Negatives:

MATT RYAN IS A TALL SLOW QB WHO HAS HAD SOME COMEBACKS IN THE 4TH QUARTER HE WOULD GET KILLED BEHIND OUR LINE OUT OF ALL THE QB'S I LIKE HIM THE LEAST BROHM WOODSON OR BRENNAN ARE THE BETTER CHOICES

And your going to be the most disappointed person on draft day to cause there is 0 chance (outside of a team trading up to get him) that he will be the #1 pick. No way in hell does he become a Miami Dolphin.
