I can handle loading screens but this pisses me off about the game. Spoiler you can't buy ammo but have to pick it off the ground from killing ppl. its so random. im a bad shot & tend to shot early. sucks for me i guess. i prefer having the option of buying ammo.
Its technically not ammo but Heatsinks. BW think their fooling people by this but its just another way of saying ammo system. They really wanted to appeal more to the Shooter players out there as its a bigger market than RPG. They said they wanted to appeal to the MW2 crowd. I have gripes with the game but it wont make the game horrible.
that i didnt know. learned something new everyday. with ME1, I was a spray & pray type of player. guess this way helps me tone in my aiming & twitching skills.
I hope you're not serious... By the way MWF2 won GOTY because of it's MP. Uncharted 2, which by all accounts has an amazing single player experience and awards out the wazoo pretty much finished #2 (from what I saw) in nearly every GOTY list. It's no less of stretch to think Reach could win over ME2.
4 hours in. Just completed Archangel mission. Amazing game. Its on its way to being my favorite game of all time.
Picked it up and it is amazing. I'm getting that "sucked in feeling" I got when I started playing Fallout 3 and I'm only 93 minutes in. I did not play ME1 so I have a feeling I may regret that. I wanted to, but was too into Fallout at the time plus I read some things in a few reviews that concerned me.
Get it for PC if you can run it. I understand what you mean but when the game was 20 bucks or 15 at some point its a must buy IMO.
Yeah I was going to do that too and I may still. CoD WaW and now MW2 have kept me busy since Fallout. Sad because this is the genre that I love!!
yes. great game. Would still buy it for 80 dollars right now. And the PC version was less buggie than the xbox, so you should totally check it out.
A XBOX360 would be cheaper. However I can wait till next year since I am going to get a new PC just to run KOTOR MMORPG.
i don't really know how to explain how much i love the game. The intro is fantastic. The subtle changes to the combat are perfect. Mapping your special attacks to RB and LB sounds like such a small addition but it makes everything that much smoother. As always, the dialog is stellar. The story is more engaging than ever. With every new character i get, i get a little upset because i want to use them all in my party. Jacob, Miranda, Subject Zero, 'Archangel', and i haven't even gotten the krogan or Thane yet. (Thane sounds like a total badass) Plus theres ANOTHER character in the dlc coming? BAH! I wanna write a thank you letter to bioware or something. I know im a fanboy and i might be over selling it here but i really do think this is the best game this generation. Fallout and Bioshock were epic in every sense but I cannot believe what Bioware is accomplishing with this trilogy.
I played the hell out of Mass Effect 1. I know i logged over 40 hours on the first level alone. I really do think Mass Effect 1 is a great game, however working as a tester on that game really decreased my desire to purchase it and play through it.
well... Spoiler Yes I am talking about Legion. How'd you know about that? Then again, I purposely didn't watch any trailers or anything prior to this coming out, so if they talked about him, I didn't see it.
so my local store has the regular version but is sold out of the collectors edition, is it worth it to wait for the collectors edition to get the bonus content? for 10 extra dollars i'd think it is, but i just need validation from someone else
the case alone is worth it if you can get your hands on it. In other news, Mass Effect currently has a 96 metacritic rating. Making it the 2nd highest rated 360 game of all time, behind only GTA IV right now.
They had one at the Wal-mart by me, so maybe you could look for one at a wally world. I managed to get my CE for $56 @ Amazon. I can get at least 20% off all games there.
