From what I've watched of Nolan this pre-season and Nolan in Denver, the game plan Greg Williams ran tonight is not too far different than what Nolan has done in the past couple years. Man coverage, close the middle of the field, force you outside but take away the deep ball and divider rules. I think we'll send them some zone blitzes and possibly overload the left side of the line if Phil Loadholt is starting. Just to test him and see how he handles it.

Not to look too far ahead, but they better watch how the Saints got the run game going in the 2nd half and try to emulate it. blows that the Vikings get some extra time for rest.

Bro Ive watched him play a lot I think I can form my own opinion than looking at a box score so to speak. They paid him premium money to be their number 1 he is nothing close to that. Injuries plus not very dependable hands makes him awful.

Favre really started to get pressured once McKinney left with the finger injury. But that slant pattern would have took that pressure off because Favre wouldn't be taking 5 steps. I think that is why they brought in Cam to play underneath the zone. I thought they used Cam far to late for him to make a real impact.
