I dont think theres much surprise here. Pennington has shown in the short time here that he has the ability to be a leader in the huddle. Ferguson has followed parcells everywhere, knows the Defensive systems, is a veteran in the league, and holliday... well it seems like he's been here forever. another great choice for a team captain. I would have guessed Pennington,Crowder and Carey...I did see on ESPN today they had a big hoopla over Favray being named a team captain. Made me wanna puke!
