1. Bill Polian, Indianapolis Colts: His track record speaks for itself. In his 22 seasons as a front office decision maker, Polian has led his teams to five Super Bowl appearances, not mention the fact that the Bills, Panthers, and Colts have qualified for postseason play in 15 of those years. During his Indy tenure, Polian has done a masterful job of surrounding quarterback Peyton Manning with talented weapons on offense.

2. Scott Pioli, Kansas City Chiefs: The Bill Belichick disciple doesn’t always look for the biggest or fastest players in the draft, but rather looks for the types of athletes that fit his team best. While he does have a knack for uncovering some real gems in the late rounds, Pioli’s draft record with Patriots was much better in his first five years with the team than in his last three. In his first two drafts with Kansas City, the 45-year-old general manager has focused on adding size to the defensive line and players with game-breaking ability.
