So anyone else notice even with like 8 mins left in the game down 2 scores we appear to not really go into a 2 minute offense? We appear to take our time when getting to the line and getting the plays in. We don't have that quick strike offense and you would think they would try to get as many plays in as possible. Just a thought.
thats on coaching. Henning doesn't have a sense of urgency from what i've noticed. And well, they were probably just as scared to let henne play as Henne was to be out there.
This is truly my biggest complaint this season. Yes the pass defense and offense are struggling at the moment, but to lack urgency? Urgency to me comes natural as an athlete. From high school up, maybe even junior high, you become very aware of timing remaining and the score. It's extremely worrisome to see a professional team, let alone our Miami Dolphins, lack something that comes natural to ALL athletes IMO. I'm not sure who the blame falls on, I'd say Henning at best guess, but I don't see the players hootin and hollerin out there either. The more I think about it, the more the Dolphins "hurry up" offense is exactly how I've begun to feel about this season, lackadaisical.
It kind of makes you wonder if they even have a 2 minute drill or have they ever practiced the 2 minute offense?
