Want to see him kick a 50yder with 3secs left on the clock to win the game. Clutch.

 

His draft status seems justified when considering that FG kickers are always amongst the leading NFL scorers .He will win 2-3 games for us and might even get us into the playoffs .

He also is capable of driving the kickoffs deep enough to avoid kickoff returns ....when asked .

I would venture to say together with Fields we have the best kicking team in the NFL right now.

 

I would agree. Cleveland was very aggressive on returns, which didn't net them any advantage...shoulda taken the 9 yard deep touchbacks.

 

Fields is the best. Im just jealous he can put that leg so high over his head. Thing of beauty. My hamstrings havnt been able to do that since 1990.

 

He looks good and I know you are a Gator's fan, but winning 2-3 games is a HUGE number for a kicker. That's high for some of the premium positions in the NFL. I hope you're right though.

 

Well, inevitably he's going to miss "some" fieldgoals...I just hope they're lead-padders in a blowout. As long as he doesn't pull a Carp-2012, he's golden as far as I'm concerned.
