A few years ago Parcells wrote a book along with someone else called "Finding A Way To Win". He was then coach of the NE Pats but after reading this book I can see that he truly does follow the blueprints in this book. He's already done a lot of it down in Miami this year. If you want an insight into the way his mind thinks read this book. It is fantastic.
i also recommend this book. its a great insight into the mind of parcells. he gives many football related specific examples of how to translate between business and football. very good read.
I really want to read this book as well as Michael Lombardi's "How To Build A Team" book. Lombardi originally wrote that book for the St. Louis Rams because they asked him how to build a successful team. After he wrote it, they declined the information he provided. Look at them now.
