Any idea when we'll be doing the draft? I ask because I need to draft badly and I'm out of town 2 weekends from now. I'll need to get something in order if that'll be an issue.

I am shocked a ravens column made it start to end without a Ray-Ray quote. I guess Coach Dupree really wears the pants in that locker room! I'd question if the coach is not taking the AFC competition too lightly! Whispers around the league are that the other teams are tired of the Ravens' disrespectful big-talk and that there's a big bullseye on them as a result. Sounds like Coach Dupree wouldn;t want it any other way! Should be interesting! I should have taken the goddamned knee.

haha Nah, you're HurriPhins44 right? It says still pending, try accepting again or sending me one or something. Daphins, Sick will decide when the draft is but it's going be hard to predict when at this point. Going be a lot of human vs human games in the playoffs so when those get done could vary depending on how open people's schedules are. Then once the season is over I think Sick said he wants to try to get a night the majority can participate so that's another thing that depends on schedules. Made a few moves today messing around, mainly some mild improvements in the secondary. Did get Dannell Ellerbe at MLB though, nice step up from what I did have in his spot.
have no idea when the draft is. after playoffs of course. and i will run a poll or something to see when the majority of people can get on at the same time......so as of now it is TBD
Could Calvin Johnson be available this offseason? While sources say it is unlikely, the Detroit Press states that it's possible the Lions could be willing to part with the superstar receiver for the right compensation.
It would be cool if we can build out our own trade blocks to list needs vs. who we are willing to move. Basically, CLE entire roster is available. I have extra QB, RB, and WR willing to move on O side, and looking for upgrades at RG and TE, WR depth (maybe RB). I have extra LB, DT, and MLB willing to move on D side, and looking for upgrades at CB, LOLB and LE Oh, thats right, I also have the #1 overall pick in all 7 rounds......so lets get it on. To bad Madden doesnt let you trade future picks too.
If Madden Online is like regular Madden, no one is retiring from my team. Maybe Marvin Harrison. He might downgrade soon. Both of those players are by far my best defensive players. They are old though.
Major announcement coming out of Jacksonville. Maurice Jones-Drew has changed his jersey number from 32 to 31, no one is sure of the reason yet. As far as my trades go, hmm. As I've said Torry Holt is available (85 overall), age 34 so he still has some time left I think. I'd like to get bigger LE/RE as I'm changing JAX to a 3-4 so those are available for moving, would also like to add a MLB so maybe we can talk BigDogs lol. I'd say nearly everything on my roster I'd part with asides from MJD.
That not an MLB....now Eric Barton thats a MLB for your budding 3-4. maybe work something out for Reggie Nelson?? I might switch to 4-3....(if only Suh was around in this draft )
Ngata or Suggs for me from your D. Rice, Heap, Grubbs or Blindside from your O side....all nice options.
Why do you want a QB that old? Stafford is under 80 but is young with great potential. I wouldnt move him easily of course.
I will toss you a 70 QB guy (its the new 80) with other items in the mix...what you willing to return?? Otah, Warton from OL or Gamble or Davis from D side? lots of options to work with....
davis maybe. otah...no. my running game is way too important to give up any oline. i need all the help i can get as for DBs....so gamble, probably not...enless i got a young corner in return with potential. stafford is a decent start starry, i could try to work something out there. i gotta see how the draft goes however.
Bad thing is we can't trade yet, guess after Super Bowl we can? So we can talk and speculate but no pulling any triggers yet. On other notes I got Pat White MVP of a game the other day. Had Henne go down in the first quarter for the rest of the game (bug flew in his eye or something) so finished with White, played pretty good. Up to level 8 in online play. What will be the protocol on free agents released at end of year? Do we have a Black Friday at Walmart type stampede to grab what ya can or? Wrong guy. :P
