Friend Jaj: Nolan is known for running aggressive 3-4 defenses @ San Francisco as well as w/ the Ravens & Broncos perfect fit for the Dolphins. why all the negativity? can't help but believe this has been in the making since before the decision to let go Paul Pasqualoni looks like the new DefensiveCoordinator to me
hahaha I admit it, I was one of those people...but dude before Nolan and McD split yesterday...who was out there that was any good? Ohh and this isn't a done deal yet, if this falls through, I'll be back on the sky is falling trip again....
I can remember saying mid-season about how I would love having Marshall, and if he becomes available, they should do something....All everybody keep saying is about how much of a punk he is, locker room cancer....all that bull....hey is the guy a loon bag, sure but what stud WR isn't? Then this guy comes in, McDaniels, and all hell breaks loose with Brandon, they start 6-0, then the meltdown of his team, benches Scheffler, who benches Scheffler?? Now runs of Nolan out.....I don't think BM is as bad as his is portrayed, alot of it, is McDaniels...
Yeah, I dont know about that. He had plenty of run-ins with Shanahan as well as the law. Brandon Marshall is a bad dream just waiting to happen IMO. If he came dirt cheap (3rd rounder) then sure, take the Randy Moss route...but, I certainly wouldnt bet the bank on him staying out of trouble either.... EDIT: BTW, Mentioning the "Randy Moss route"...did anybody see him returning true to form while they were getting Shellacked by the Ravens. I swear, I saw him doing a "Jog" route at least 1/2 dozen times...gotta love that, Tammy Brady is about to get his brains bashed in by Ray Ray and Moss is jogging to find an opening....
I don't recall the run-ins with Shanahan. I do recall the run-ins with the law. They all seemed to be domestic violence issues with the same girl. Since he married a different girl I don't recall any new legal issues. As for the issues with McDaniels, I'm starting to attribute more of the blame to the coach. It seems fairly obvious that he's split that team. We may end up getting the benefit of that with Nolan. Maybe we'll get the same benefit with Marshall or Sheffler.
very true. i've heard he runs a nasty defense, knows how to draft'em, and our options were wearing thin. it's just a concern of mine. i'm tired of being passed on man
