Ravens were just running underneath stuff and they lack the sort of explosive athletes to take a 5 yd out to the house.

This game has been over for a long time Adamp, possibly at the start of the 4th qtr, and that is no matter what the scoreboard said.

Two things that really stand out watching this game:
Terrell Suggs is one DIRTY SOB. Tjat is the type of guy I DO wish injury on.
I need a Dierdork MUTE button on my TV. This guy irritates me like eating an Sand filled Ice Cube would. He is the absolute master of not only stating but over emphasizing the obvious. He should be banned from the booth permanently!!!!

I think we have a "gunslinger" in Henne.
    He WILL throw picks.
But at the same time, he wont hesitate it, he wont check down if he THINKS he can get it deep.

I disagree. There were a lot of times this year he could have tried to push the ball down field, and checked down instead.

I'm not saying he will always be that way, but so far he hasn't shown me he wants to put emphasis on throwing the ball down the field.

the emphasis with a team that runs the football well and has a young qb is to move the chains

    I'm not disagreeing with that.

I'm asking how we can say he will push the ball down the field when he hasn't done it yet, except when we HAD to late in games.

You will have to put up examples for me, because overall, i feel like he threw few passes that he shouldn't of, but he did because "I can"[/QUOTE]
Like coach Mora said, we don't know what happened, we might think we know, but we have no idea, and we never will.
All of this is pure speculation.
Maybe he specifically was told NOT to do it.
Maybe (i been to 6 games this year, all with him starting) he did not see the guys open. There was few times i saw guys running downfield open, but he wasn't even looking that way

I make no bones about liking Pat White, but any objective person would have to admitt that Tyler Thigpen is far more advanced than P White, in the Steelers game he came in with the scant third team reps and drove us down the field like he had been starting all season.

And he showed escape ability against Harrison and Woodley (not sure it was Woodley).

Thiggy really should get second team reps "if" the idea of developing a Qb to trade for a high pick has merit.

PWhite has to sink or swim, to me that sense is what we lost this season, that sort of "holy crap I'd better do my job right or they will sit me or cut me" we had that in 08, not so much in 09.
