Colt McCoy just got lit up by #57. TX is hard to follow, Houston is a Dlineman but is wearing #33, and Kindle looks tiny partially because of the white unis I think.
Man is this alabama team built beautifully..they have all the elements we want on our own football team... #1 receiver #1 linebacker #3 defensive identity #4 Powerful run game with wildcat possibilities executed by an elite back. #5 Good tight end #6 good scat back #7 great returner... That team was built very nicely, just what we want.. Really watchin every move mcclain makes...wanna see if he has those special dynamic's that a few of the great middle linebackers seem to have that skyrocket their value....
What's interesting is that Texas is getting their plays out incredibly quickly to stop McClain changing the defense at the LOS.
Mcclain is a fire demon on the field man, he loses it man, i watched the alabama/ v tech game today where he got an unnessasary roughness penalty and a unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the same play... Loved how he got in that defenses faces, nice stand.
I tell you, on second view that's a back of the shoulder injury and not a hit to the kidneys. Colt might be done already tonight if there's damage there or if he can't lift the arm.
thats what i thought when i watched him but ive seen him going in the 6th round on some sites. if he goes 3rd round thats fair value and there are other players i would prefer but if he slips for some reason, then he's a player we should consider. although at DE. Think he would be a good 3-4 DE
Boomer you think we would go for a guy like Kindle at 12? even if McClain is on the board? Also, whats yoru take on Earl Thomas the FS? might go that way or doubt it?
I never understand why they don't move a returner up to the upback area when they kick short. Houston again with great pressure to split the double.
hahah adamprez? the same adamprez I rolled with in the finhaaven forum with the "Donnie Jones Supporter"?!?!?!!? Please tell me so!?!?
It was out of the play, but I watched Thomas close in the flat like a rocket man. he saw it, and their was some juice baby, damn.
I hope not ET. He's not a SOLB. Love Earl Thomas. A hairs breadth less than Berry. And I mean a hairs breadth. Absolutely in play for pick 12.
This is what happens when you recruit cover safeties. You can let them cover and trust them in man down the field and allow the front 7 or 8 to get after the QB.
Impressed with McClain, and Thomas thus far big time.....Mac might end up with 15-20 tackles if Saban keeps his D on the field all night
