Some guy in my league just dropped a couple of his pitchers because he's an idiot. He dropped Harang and Smoltz. I want to pick both of them up but I only have 1 guy to definitely drop (Willis). Should I drop Oswalt or Liriano to try and pick up the other guy? If I can only get 1 of them (Smoltz or Harang) which would you rather have?
id dump willis for smoltz no question...tho haraang-a-tang could be a good option if your leaue counts complete games as a stat.
the d train is the one you want to drop? dontrelle willis? I'd keep him just because I am a homer haha. but in answer to your question id drop him and just pick up smoltzy. He has more consistency.
I have a feeling the guy dropped one of them on accident when he was trying to take people off the DL. He has a high waiver claim so if that's the case he can probably get one of them back. I put a claim in for Smoltz though.
Only problem with smoltz is he has had shoulder problems already. He is however back and pitched a descent game today.
