yeah, only gov't officials(cops, feds, etc). with all the officials, dignitaries, consulates, foreign ambassadors... i guess theres too many "important" people in one district to have citizens taking arms there. no state rights protecting it either.
I don't understand the gun culture in professional sports. We've seen it in the NFL, and it doesn't surprise me that it happens in the NBA as well. I just don't get it.

Shaq & Still A Zero? Someone hacked into Shaq's email account and found all sorts of texts and emails between he and Gil's fiance (mother of three) and posted it on the internet. In one of the emails, she went as far as to telling Shaq he better eat her. There was speculation for years prior to that though, and they've been seen together. I think she later admitted it or something... she's ugly, though. Unworthy of the drama if not for having three kids by Arenas. JMO.
Yeah I just googled her and she ain't got the goods, in other words don't hold your breath waiting for Pagan to post photos of her in the Ladies Lounge.
