i honestly think the bills showed what we need.....a WR.....evans and TO made big plays for imo a below average quarterback....and was entirely the difference in the game.

we need....need...need WRs !!!!!

 

Amen Brother. We have too many people on the field who DO NOT contribute. The list you speak of today is VERY long. There comes a time where a player does not only NOT contribute..but is more of a DETRIMENT...then it is time to move on. There were a few on the field today who fit that description

 

yeah why people focus on the offense is beyond me at this point in the season. we have a putrid lb crew and a rookie secondary with holes in the middle. if you want to know why we arent going to the playoffs, thats it, look no further

 

This is unbelievable.

 

I can't disagree with that. The reason Miami's outstanding running game and ball control offense isn't working is because the defense is putrid. This never should have been close in the fourth quarter.

 

You can't game in game out have your offense put together a HUGE drive...eat up alot of time on the clock..and then give it right back to them. Its been the theme all season and especially in the 4th quarter

Right, you can't expect any offense to never have to punt. Miami can rarely afford to punt in games because the defense can't consistently hold anyone.

 

Pointless. You'd rather see 8-8 or 5-11? 5-11 for me. You miss the playoffs either way, but I'd rather better draft positioning.

I can't exactly root against my Dolphins, but I sure hope we suck from here on out because in 2009 we are DONE.

 

sadly i have to agree. we have to realize our time to shine is next year and beyond....getting a better draft position helps that emensley. and iam not hoping we lose.....im saying if we are gunna be 9-7 and miss the playoffs ID RATHER be 6-10 and get a better draft slot

 

Yeah... I don't want to miss the playoffs to draft Jason Allen.
