He was only brought in to get the show on other networks through the business he runs. TNA wants to expand and add another show on another network just like wwe does with smackdown. Not saying he wont get involved but from what I read they dont have plans for that right now.

Well i just got my WM tickets paid for... They cost me $280 but its really good seats! Well last night my brother asked me to go to the Hard Rock Cafe with him to place some bets... He did a six game parlay for 10$ and i just told him to put 10$ for me since he owed me 20$... Well he text me today saying we hit, 400 each! No clue who we picked but glad we picked them! I was upset for spending the 280$ that i dont have, and now i got it back, plus! so i am excited now!

One of the Classic Survivor Series matches are set. And it is a doozy.

Team Kofi (Kofi Kingston, MVP, Mark Henry, Christian, and R-Truth) vs. Team Orton (Randy Orton, Legacy, William Regal, and CM Punk).

That's going to be a good match (on paper at least).

The Triple Threat match shouldn't be bad either as HBK can still go, Cena usually has good matches on PPVs and Triple H will be motivated too.

And I know it would never happen but Jericho should win the Heavyweight title, but that won't happen and I'm sure it will be his shoulders on the mat when the ref counts 3, setting up a UT/Show feud yet again.

Ok so the Cena/HBK/Triple H match up is being focused on segments with Hornswoggle? This is almost as bad as a dog being used in Jericho/Triple H's WM18 match. This is terrible. I mean I don't mind Hornswoggle but he shouldn't be used as part of a main event feud, even if it's a comedy segment.

Why you didn't think those 2 NASCAR guys or whoever the hell hosted this week was good enough to host?

Seriously, the guest host thing is getting kind of stale now.

Haha not really and it is getting kind of stale, the worst are the ones who say they are the biggest fan of wrestling and then get all the wrestlers or ppv names wrong. The best weeks to me so far were usually when a wrestling legend like Ted DiBiase and Dusty Rhodes hosted. I mean a few celebrity guests hosts were ok but the majority were just meh.

The first Survivor Series Match sets up a lot of possibilities for feuds in the future.

One idea I have....... in the next PPV (assuming John Cena retains), we can have Kofi Kingston become number one contender for the title, with it being Cena vs Kingston. Then, during the match, Orton could interfere, costing Cena the title. Then it can add fuel to the Kingston/Orton feud, since it allows Orton to become a contender for the title again. Then Kofi can go off about how everyone keeps on saying that the only reason why he won is because Orton interfered, and that he is getting tired of Orton and he's going to end him at (Insert PPV name here).

Plus, we could see a potential R-Truth/CM Punk program, with CM Punk harping on R-Truth's past.

I kind of get the feeling the WWE is leading us to a Triple H/HBK title match at WM with a slow building Megapowers like feud. I bet Cena retains the title after HBK superkicks Triple H and Triple H gets pinned by Cena right after. I could see the last two guys in the ring at the Rumble being HBK and Triple H with whoever doesn't win the Rumble wins the title at the Feb PPV.

I'd not sure the WWE will give the title to Kofi and frankly I don't see him being ready for it right now, plus I think him as champion right now would tank the ratings.

The main problem with RAW is there is no main event heel other than Orton and he's already feuded with all the main faces. So really after Survivor Series I'm not sure where they're going to go unless they bring over a heel from Smackdown or give Jericho another run.

Totally agree, they need to go with a slow build for Kofi Kingston, they need to take their time with him,too many times they push someone way too fast and it takes away the momentum they had going. In regards to Triple H vs HBK,I think one of them probably Triple H will turn heel before Wrestlemania doing something similar but not exactly the same as Batista and Mysterio, basically you cost me the title thing.

Also,I don't know if anyone watched ECW this week but I haven't seen it in awhile and caught this weeks show and it was pretty good. I'm interested to see where they go with the Burchill vs Hurricane match next week.Another thing interesting was the Ryder liking Rosa thing. I know Ryder's dream sequence was kind of lame and cheesy for a wrestling show but it made me laugh,I'm actually rooting for Ryder to get the girl haha. Lastly, what an awesome match the main event was between Regal vs. Christian it was one of the best I have seen in a long time. I think it was so exciting because they both always put on a good match together and I also think Regal had a good chance to win the title in England,it made the match better knowing it could go either way.

I picked up the 1987 to 1991 Survivor Series DVD set a few weeks ago, as I have Survivor Series '92 to 2001 on tape already. I always loved the Survivor Series as a kid and never saw the '87 or '88 verisons but remember renting the '89 and '90 verisons numerous times growing up. The WWE as always did a great job with the picture quality and sound, the theme music is full intact something that wasn't in the WM sets (which is mindblowing that they did that). I highly recommend this set, even if it's extremely annoying seeing all of those double DQs and count outs since none of the wrestlers wanted to job. But it's well worth the 30 bucks or so. I also own the Summer Slam '88 to '92 set and the Royal Rumble '88 to '92 set which are great to go back and watch all of the larger than life characters of the late 80s and early 90s.

basically piper came out to challenge mr mcmahon.
orton came out because he was angry and proceded to beat the crap out of piper.
kofi came out and attacked orton
they fought all over the arena a bit. it ended with kofi hitting orton with an object and then putting orton on a table, where kofi jumped off a rail close to the crowd and put orton through the table.

Orton came out to rough Piper up, Kofi saved him and kicked Orton's *** all through the arena...smashed him with a road case lid, then laid him out on a table and jumped from a rail and used Orton as a table demolisher.

Took about 10 minutes it seemed.

It was a pretty good show tonight. I really like the way they are building up Kofi. I thought the feud would be one sided but Orton is making Kofi look like gold. The brawl they had really put Kingston over the top. It is good to see they are starting to work on pushing the young guys right now.

Didn't see it, but was told a total of 17 minutes of wrestling on a two hour show. Yikes. That is low even by Raw standards. I also heard Piper was pretyt much a trainwreck.

Yeah Piper was pretty bad, that's why you don't give a live mike to someone like him. His rant was all over the place and he kept looking at his hand numerous times because he clearly had notes written down on them. It was painful to see. Even his exchange with Vince was rough.

I didn't like RAW last night, I thought overall it was boring and didn't have that special MSG feel to it and really nothing important happened like it usually does. The stuff with Santino and the jeresys was pretty funny in my opinion but the crap with DX and Horns made zero sense. Does the WWE not know the main event for the Survivor Series is Triple H vs. HBK vs. Cena? There's been little to no build to it at all.

The stuff with Orton and Kofi was pretty good but it went way too long and Michael Cole and Matt Striker trying to sell Kofi's jump onto Orton as a Superfly moment was embarassing. Also not sure if anyone noticed but the Orton kick to Piper's head was botched as Kofi's music I'm guessing was suppose to play right before Orton went to kick Piper because he stopped in mid motion for no reason and then gave Piper a weak stomp and Orton looked pissed when Kofi came out.

Also does a wrestler really need to beat up Lawler to get heat now? I mean has that ever worked? It didn't even work for Stone Cold when he beat up Jim Ross. Just more lazy booking.

Yeah true I can see team Orton taking the win Sunday. I want them to stretch it out to build Kofi up. I can see Kofi vs. Orton at the ppv after Survivor Series, I don't know what they are called anymore since they changed the names around so much this year haha.

I think the next PPV is called 'TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs' and the Feb PPV has been named Elimination Chamber. These names (along with Hell in the Cell) are just crappy. I don't like when they lock special matches into PPVs automatically like that (minus the Royal Rumble of course) and especially have more than one of the same gimmick match at the same PPV. It becomes overkill and the gimmick gets stale very quickly.

If the WWE wants to have an Elimination Chamber match at the Feb PPV to determine a 'winner gets a WM title shot' I'm all for that but don't give us 3 of them the same night, ditto for HiTC and TLC matches. Plus those matches just don't have the same effect now that the WWE is PG (which isn't a bad thing since those wrestlers were killing themselves with all those chair shots and huge bumps in the Attitude Era).
