Absofreakinlutely. The NFL is turning into the NBA in terms of favorable officiating. And that sucks.
Funny but McDaniel is who I wanted instead of Cameron. He wasnt ready back then. The extra years paid off big time for him. Ballsy to trade Cutler. Stil think it will come back to bite him but Orton played well todday and the system suits him
hes usually running off the field, not doing anything, shoving camera men, or giving no props what so ever.......the guy is a prick
Yep...the stakes have been raised on MNF, and surely the Phins know it. 2-3 vs 3-2...vs 1-4 vs 3-2...
I would just like to brag... I'll probably be wrong about Cutler, but considering Denver is 5-0 right now... I think I was the only person that thought they would be good. http://forums.thephins.com/showthread.php?p=743544
yeah I thought he was nuuts for trading him. Cutler is playing well and Orton is too. Looks like it benfitted both teams right now. It will be interesting to see if the Broncos draft a QB like Pike next year
Put it this way, we face the Patsies 3 games from now, if Matt Light is out, and Bodden is out, two of the patsies key positions will have backups playing in them. We beat the Jets, we have a good chance of splitting the next 4 games... And FWIW, I liked Orton after 07 when Grossman appeared to be entrenched in Chicago, but how money was it for McDaniel to recognize a Orton=Cutler swap would work out? that is brilliant player personnel work.
Stringer Bell said they'd have the same or a better record than they had last year iirc. I know he said they'd be good.
I still love the guy. While we're bragging, I'd like to say that I thought McDaniel would be a helluva coach.
