I would like to see Williams get 1 more try, but it seemed to me last night like they already cut him about halftime. Hope not, he looked last week like he COULD be electric, last night he looked just plain scared to death.

I felt bad for him but you just cannot make fumbles....he didn't look anywhere near like he did in week one.

 

I remember some years back, reading an interview from a returner coached by Parcells, (Terry Glenn or perhaps Joey Galloway), who seemed to describe Parcells as having little patience for such mistakes.

While it "is" only the preseason, after these widely witnessed errors, the chance of ever seeing Sparano with egg on his face, by such a mistake occuring yet again, during the regular season, when it would cost the team dearly, goes up, and to me simply appears unlikely it would ever be allowed to happen.

 

Okay, so I just watched the game for the first time.

Obviously the kid had a rough game, and yeah the fact he didn't play a down in the second half is NOT a good omen.


I will add this, seems like a couple of kids for Carolina did as bad or worse than Chris W. Perhaps we could trade him to them
