That's bull. He wasn't jailed for drugs or alcohol abuse. And, its not like he was sloppy staggering drunk either. He's a grown man, and wasn't breaking the law. There's no reason that stipulation should have been in the contract.

then he should find another job. Pretty stupid to sign the contract then go out and violate the stipulation.

    ^^

I agree, but I still think it was stupid for that to be in the contract in the first place.

not really when you think about it. the nfl is a business. they want vick to be a choir boy when he gets out to make them look good for allowing him back in. It makes sense to me.

I've also read that he hasn't done a single thing off the football field. The agreement was that he would do some community work but none of it has been done.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say they probably saw the bottle of Grey Goose.

my point is, alcohol is already out of his system.

they cant prove without a shadow of a doubt he was drinking it....

he could just say he was putting it on his tab for his friends to drink....

its a losing scenario imo (for anyone that tries to prosecute him)

True, and they just did an update on Vick on the NFL network. They said nothing about this. If it was an issue, you KNOW they would have made a big deal of it.

why would they try to prosecute him for violating the terms of his nfl reinstatement?
the evidence used to show vick did so would depend purely on the nfl and what they decide is enough evidence.
now can vick countersue perhaps. but Im assuming thats not what you are referring to.

I'm not sure, I would think it depends on the state you live in. I would hope us in the South get the Dolphins game.

I'm in GA. I just figured since he's such big news, they'd rather televise that game.

I saw Fox advertising the Fins game I believe it was last Thursday night so it should still be on, if not I won't be pleased to miss a live Fins game to watch the great Vick. :pity:

Drinking, strip clubs, I know he is a boy, but he's no saint and maybe he thinks he's crap doesn't stink. Great way to show the league he not a POS anymore. Effin dumbarse.

Nothing against having fun, but when your trying to show that your a changed POS to somebody that can control whether you make a lot of money or fipping burgers, he's not doing well.
