Randy Mueller??? Did he end up some where? If Spielman has a job somewhere in the nfl......Mueller has to get another shot no?
Maybe the best is not enought well yea god enought to get us a 1-15 record. Lets me real here he is work at both of them he is a Manager at Mcdonalds and assitant manager at Burger King and I also heard Wendys just hied him and moved up so fast that he is now a cashier
Randy was pretty highly regarded before he got to us. He had a serious flirtation with the Titans and if I remember correctly there was much concern at that time about losing him. (we might have if he had been offered the job). He was also Nick Satan's whipping and glorified errand boy, not the position he sign on for. His one independent draft wasn't all that bad; time will tell whether it was actually good. He made some mistakes (passing on Quinn IMO was NOT one of them) but if our 2B turns out to another Merriman or Brees, even the Chambers trade will have reflected well on him. I think his problem was deferring too much to Cam but it's way too early to indict him at this point. Hell, compared to Spielstadt, he looks like Ron Wolf. If Spielman could bounce back with his track record, surely there's a place for Randy somewhere down road.
It's only been one year, way to early to judge the draft, but I like it so far. Him and Cam just made some serious mistakes on the roster, and Cam's HC decisions just doomed the team.
Im not "mad" at the guy.....last years draft has some promise, and the Chambers trade was the right move imo.
Randy is a smart and talented guy, he will be back working in the NFL somewhere I'm certain. His 1 solo draft could actually still turn out to be pretty good, and he helped get us out of the cap hell WannSpiel put us in, we owe him for that.
