Then again...if that first round from the Hendo fight happens on saturday...Griffin wins by G&P.. arggghhhhh decisions...decisions...
Anderson Silva just EMBARRASSED Forrest Griffin. Wow. That was one of the most lopsided fights I've ever seen.

Wow Unreal he looked like FM.JR with those dodging. Wow Forest Griffin just got EMBARRASSED looked like he was moving in SLOW MO.
i dunno about that.....forrest is crazy....and cool....never been the type to be a sore loser like that...... that was weird
i think he felt embarrassed and that he quit on himself. and so not that he was a sore loser, but too ashamed to hang around for post fight hub-bub.
Well he did just get knocked down 3 times including a TKO from a backstep punch. GSP vs Silva make it happen White.
Section, did you actually bet against Silva? If you did, huge mistake. My boy took care of business in the first round, baby.
Read earlier that Forrest was legit ****ed up. His jaw was dislocated and he couldn't hear. Good enough reason to run to the back.
Yeah, the more I think about it, the more it seems to me that Kenny was simply trying to stay in the fight for as long as he could, while winning on points. That would explain why Florian continually pressed the action to the edge of the cage. Not a bad strategy, as it kept Penn from getting to the ground for the first 3 rounds, and we all saw what happened when BJ finally scored the takedown.
Yeah him and Guida together was great. Forrest WTF? I never would have guessed he would lose like that. I knew the Spider would win but wow that was embarrasing
i actually think it was a horrible strategy. all florian did imo was try to take bj down, but he couldn't so rather then switch his strategy what did he do? the same **** i actually think he just didn't know what to do after the take downs didnt work. He knew he couldn't throw hands with him, so he ran out of ideas. bj just waited for his chance, and he found it in the 4th.
Forrest Griffin is a classless bastard. There is no excuse for running away after the fight like he did. He needed to stay in the ring until the official decision, take his loss like a man, shake Anderson Silva's hand, and THEN go home. To run to the locker room with his tail between his legs before the official decision shows me that the man has ZERO class. I have lost all respect for him.
I ended up not betting anything..... I am moving...so i have been busy boxing stuff up... I was gonna bet a small amount on forrest but gave it alot of thought and decided to go against it. Like i said earlier, the Hendo / Silva fight is what made me think long and hard about it. I hate betting favorites but I was tempted to lay the -270 with penn....I KNEW he was gonna beat the piss out of Florian. Different league. BJ Penn is too good at 155.
forrest got his jaw dislocated in the middle of the of the fight......and lost hearing in one ear.....the fight ended and he went for medical attention..... nice call though
silva was acting like a ***** as well during the fight.....dropping his hands, talkin ****....if you wanna get techincal..... im not a fan of either fighter.....it was weird that he ran off....but until you get in the cage, get your jaw dislocated and lose hearing in a ear......i would hold judgment of how much pain he was in
good job..... have you fought....with a dislocated jaw.....and then got knocked out with a dislocated jaw?!?!? bro im sure it was painful as hell haha edit: people do weird **** after waking up from a knockout.....all the way down to crying hysterically......so who knows how clear he was thinking
Missed the part where he ran out after the Evans fight. Not all of us remain calm after busting a jaw, getting knocked out and going deaf in an ear after a fight. I'm sure the broken jaw would have been great for the interview. Maybe he could ask Joe to repeat the questions? None of us know his mental state or the amount of pain he was in. Surprises and disappoints me to see people passing judgment even after some facts are coming out. Can you seriously tell me that if you lost hearing in an ear after getting pummeled, you wouldn't seek immediate medical attention? It's a rhetorical question.
