The real thanks here should go to Chad. He was stellar for us. I don't know if we can rely on it two years in a row, but I hope so. Id like to see Henne, but thats because im a Michigan fan... but what i'd really like to see is the best guy playing. Right now, thats probably still Pennington... so im all for it. Especially after last year.. up until that playoff game anyways

 

You are correct. Second to Peyton Manning.

 

Chad should have been the MVP. Had the Houston Texans not completely given away the game to the Colts last year, Manning might not have even gone to the playoffs. That game turned the Colt's season around. Sage Rosenfels totally gave the game away to them.

 

Hopefully Pennington can put 2 together 2 really good years in a row - something he has struggled to do in his career. I wouldnt mind Henne sitting for this year as well. If can come in hungry next year or the after that and play at a high level from the start, that would be the ideal - see Aaron Rogers in Green Bay.

 

After this coming season, nobody will think last year was a fluke. Contending for the division and playoffs will be EXPECTED of us, year after year. And won't that be SWEET?
