I like the idea Jt, and I love the primary logo. I don't really like secondary logo though, and while I like the idea for the alternate, I think it needs a little more work. I don't think it looks enough like an eye, I'm still having trouble seeing it.

Good job though, very creative, like to see that

 

Not a huge fan of the secondary (as it makes me think "Maryland") or the alternate, but I like the primary, and I love the uniform mockups.

 

Nice! I like it better than our actual alternates.
