Wow I can actually answer most of these. Skinny jeans? Some girls like metrosexual dress attire. Rims? Keeping the frame of the car further away from potholes. Books? It's a chop shop, man. They purposely change the books every semester so they can pay you nada on a sell back. (Turns more profit on that initial sale) Scantrons? Prob just to annoy you.
I didn't really get that reference either. Not that I care for either of them anyways. Your sig is the ****, btw.
Oh boy. - Burps that smell like doritoes - the right's fascination with Palin - the right - Nascar - country music - religion - all reality tv - commercials that use "quality", "flavor" and/or "taste" without qualifying it. How exactly do you measure 20% more flavor? Which flavor? Crap has a flavor you know. - motorcycles - why people live where it gets below zero - concerts - people's hatred of remakes. Just don't go see them. problem solved. - racists - anyone with a problem with gay marriage - baseball - anyone who says things like, "McDonalds is the best hamburger, look at how many they've sold" - every last one of my companies clients. Designing a campaign to what you like is hardly ever the right approach since you are not your target audience. - people who prefer krispy kreme over dunkin donuts - people who prefer KFC over popeye's - getting pizza from a chain - coleslaw - c-span - scientology - self help books - guys who get embarrassed buying their women tampons/pads. They're clearly not for you. - why golf and surfing are more than sports/hobbies but ways of life. - piercing your genitalia - formal weddings - why more people don't want to move to Hawaii - why the Ted Ginn & family jokes still happen - the word "wafer" - why I'm not more ashamed of my WoW addiction - people who like yard work - how someone can become a "workaholic" - people who back into parking spots
Both suck. Both appeal mostly to the college crowd. That pretty much renders the rest of your list null & void.
That one I can actually explain! At least for some-in Florida, if you are wanted by the police, or your car was used in the commission of a crime, you would want to back into a space because police driving through parking lots doing random license plate checks would not be able to scan your plate, since they are only in the back, not front, of the car. Read it in a book, it must be true.
Quite possibly. Besides...look at the covers of all those romance novels. Gives you an idea what women are fantasizing about.
I'd rather mow my lawn with scissors, than watch baseball. And I hate my lawn. (It owes me money...failed business venture...we had a falling out...its a long story, point is, don't ever trust my lawn)
backing into parking spots its great... when i want to leave, it makes it easier... its more planning ahead than anything else... when i get home at night (i park at a dead end) i park in reverse so when i wake up in the morning i can just drive right out and waste as little time as possible since im most likely running late... most of the time i just park head first, especially if there are other cars around since i dont want to hold anyone up... but if no cars are waiting for me i'll park in reverse from time to time
At the end of the day bro, we're simplistic people. " Hockey, Beer, and Chicken Wings ". Throw in a misses wearing your hockey jersey here and there, and voila. Now get rid of the slash, and I agree. I don't get "French Canadians".
LMAO!!! Nice spin...take the LAST possible year mentioned! DOn't bother mentioning the "35" before that or the "25 to 35" that follows. Besides, since I'm 47...well... Can't all be the ripe spring chicken of 35 that you are now, can we. And by the way...women who are 44: ~ Geena Davis ~ Jane Seymour ~ Emma Thompson ~ Lisa Hatman ~ Mimi Rogers ~ Cheryl Tieg ~ Beverly D'Angelo ~ Brooke Shields ~ Nicole Kidman ~ Halle Berry ~ Holly Hunter ~ Julianne Moore ~ Courtney Cox I have NO problem with that.
You'd rather have it harder getting out than getting in? That doesn't make sense, no matter what you're talking about.
not harder, haha... its never hard to back in or out... its just quicker leaving... when im ready to leave some place, its nice to have backed in and just be able to drive right out... another thing i dont get... being half jewish... doesn't make sense, being jewish is a religion, its a belief system, you dont HALF believe something... if one parent is of jewish faith and the other is not, your not half, you are what you decide to follow or believe in... and I dont understand how somehow being Jewish took the place of a nationality... if someone asks me what am I, i say dominican and russian, i wouldn't say "semi-athiest who is confused by the idea of a higher being never beginning nor ending"... so why would some people say Jewish? it is a religion not a nationality...
Until Israel was formed, the Jews didn't really have a place to be from. Jewish is a religion and an ethnicity.
but there is still a country where the people are actually living... one of my best friends is Jewish, but when what we are comes up, he would say Jewish, then id say no... what country does your bloodline come from, and hed say Germany and some other random place.... he shoulda just said that in the beginning...
and thats the point, its not an ethnicity... judaism is a religion point blank... people of the jewish faith have congregated together or whatnot and consider it an ethnicity... but its not, its still just a religion... i can convert to judaism today... that doesn't change my nationality or ethnicity at all... all it changes is my religious beliefs...
No you're misunderstanding. Jewish is an ethnicity. That had no homeland for a long time. It would be like if Italy was emptied of all its people. They may move all over the place, but they are still Italian. It just so happens that the name of their religion is Jewish AND the name of their ethnicity is Jewish.
re happy endings in movies. i think that's one of the reasons why i like requiem for a dream so much. it tells it how it is; not how the world would want it to end where everything is all fixed up and ****. tv is terrible, period. drive thru, yes wage garnisment you might understand if someone owed you a **** load of money and you weren't getting it from them you know for someone who has such a diverse taste in music i figured you might at least appreciate the technical ability of carter beauford. he drums open handedly which is incredibly complicated.. and the beat on "ants marching" is incredible IMO. course dave matthews himself sounds like he has been kicked in the balls and his guitar skills are eh. anyways... i know i won't convert you. but still.
On the lighter side: Guitar Hero Twitter Facebook/MySpace Why anyone thinks Larry the Cable Guy is funny. Otherwise: American culture seemingly representing that stupid and shallow is the best way to live...which goes along with my next point Why is education so undervalued in this country? I don't claim to be a genius or even that I am the smartest person in the room most of the time but why are schools so under funded and why to do I see so many of my peers choosing to throw away their education at college for no reason? I just don't understand it. Racism Intolerance of someone's religion Humans in general
You can be individually talented but suck as a unit. Prime example...Winger. You're from Tennessee and you don't like LTCG? I'm surprised they haven't run you out of town yet.
More things i dont get: -how people actually have a preference between cokezero and diet coke -why anyone would buy an ICEE when you can get a Slushie from Turkey Hill or a Slurpee from 7-11 (the Freezie things from sheetz i'm impartial on.. they're middle of the road) -Why i think its okay to pay 9 dollars for a bud light last night at the lakers game when i could had a 6 pack of something nice at home later for the same price -People freaking out about the Swine Flu -People who will spend 5 dollars on a coffee each day when you can just make it at home - How to beat Tyson in Mike Tyson's Punch out
Thing I don't get: Baseball - No offense to the players and fans of it but that sport makes no sense to me. Little movement and if your a pitcher, you pitch something like once every five days but get paid $25M +. Arsene Wenger - Arsenal's coach will never spend money. I hate it. The one time he does, he gets a four goal performance from Arshavin; money well spent, eh? Ronnie Brown Obsession - Its the lounge, no football I know, but good God, I don't get the obsession with the former number two overall pick. Soccer is the best sport in the world. If your European (which I am) or Latin American.
you have turkey hill's out in LA? also, Beat Tyson In the first round of your fight against Mike Tyson for the first minute and thirty seconds every time Tyson hits you it is a knockdown. So don't try to hit him for the 1:30, just get out of the way. For the rest of the fight he won't be so deadly. Good Luck! Submitted by Irish Stallion (Obrien138@aol.com) [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYR_acwm0VQ"]YouTube - punch-out nintendo nes mike tyson round 1 tko[/ame] ^some people say this is fake. others say they have done it. so..?
***Not because I disagree with what you said but because you are 100% correct and that's pitiful. However you should have said Rural Tennessee. Also I never understood how so many people in the South, and I have met plenty, hate "Northerners" because they say, "Northerners act like they are smarter/better than us." Yet they go pay ridiculous amounts of money to see a guy that is putting on an act representing every negative stereotype attributed to Southerners. The guy is basically standing up there and calling you a group of idiots and people think its funny but if a "Northerner" does it, its an insult. Where is the reason in that? (but reason has never been a "Southerners" strong point) Maybe someone can enlighten me to that who are Southerner and a Larry fan but I don't get it. I feel so out of place living where I do.
Larry the Cable Guy is the bane of my existence Sking, so I can relate. Though I am technically a northerner.
