It's fun on a personal level and very satisfying too..win/win for me. Here is the overview, today I was measuring my remaining walls trying to decide how and where to display the second phase of 150 tiles.

The entry with the first wall nearly finished.. needed one more, bought it for my buddy and his one year old son. I think I will fill the wall around the box next if they let me, then move into the entry proper. The museum wasn't open yet in this photo. The entry now has stainless masts and blue canvas above the entire paver deck;



The start of the project. This first wall was "all" they were going to do, I appealed that and helped convince them to broaden the project.



There were three different sized tiles, sometimes each childs in the family was different, made it interesting.. had to "pick" where it was straight and "work" with the rest, you can see my shims. This is ungrouted. I put families together, and gave preference to Board member families but Natalie had to be first.. and the Thurlows are friends

ya i think i ate something that my body didnt agree with. i started out the day with a headache and then later i started feeling nauseas and started to burn up a bit. i went out to my truck to get soem fresh air and to relax a bit, and i took some sips of Nestea to feel better but it didnt work. out of nowhere i wound up puking, i opened my door and some of it got on the inside and then i had some on me. i cleaned up a bit and then called the store manager telling him id come back tomorrow to finish up. so i went home, took a shower and then slept. had to wake up today and clean my truck and then went to work. im fine today whatever it was i mustve puked it out yesterday.

how was the show tonight? i went to an oregon vs oregon state baseball game. its the first series since oregon just got a baseball team. good atmoshpere, and great game(except the ending). it went extra innings. ****ing annoying duck fans though, my hate sky rocketed for the ducks, i didnt think it was possible..

 

so what do you think of unger? must have had a few looks at him being around that area...
