I have a mancrush on Wade.

A big mancrush. We need to support this team more than ever. Wade needs to know that the entire city of Miami supports Wade and he needs to be elevated to Marino stature. If Wade leaves the Heat I'll probably cry like a little baby.

I don't know if anyone will achieve Marino stature in South Florida again. He's our Babe Ruth, our Michael Jordan.

Also, Zo needs some of that love too. Without Zo, Wade gets drafted by a basketball backwater version of the Miami Heat.

And Timmy. Man did I love Timmy.

Zo is a hero of mine. I was 10000x times happier for Zo than Shaq. And I think we could have won the Chamionship in 2006 without Shaq and with Zo at 85%.

If Wade carries the team through the playoffs this year and does the impossibe he will and should be elevated to Marino status, heck I would argue Jordan-esque status.

Agreed, though I think Shaq was necessary less for what he did on the court and more for the coverage he drew, which opened things up for Wade. Zo's defense sealed that Finals series, though if Shaq was still at the level of his Magic/Lakers days, Zo's defense may not have been necessary.

Definitely. I'd be happy with a winning streak for now, though. Win the next five or six, please. Make a dent in Atlanta's lead over us.

Erik Spoelstra single handedly gives Cleveland a 12-0 run by inserting Haslem for Beasley. Haslem with THREE ****ing missed layups in a ****ing row.

    91-80 lead down to a 92-91 deficit.

Pat Riley is rolling over in his head coaching grave right now watching a 91-80 lead turn into an 20-2 Cleveland run... what an amateur, dude. What an amateur. He's clueless. He has no idea what he's doing. Just look at the quote in my sig. He thinks that's the golden answer every night. Like the Cleveland's of the basketball world are equivalent to the New York Knicks defensively.
This is the guy you guys want leading Wade, Beasley, and "Bosh or Amare" to a title? GTFOH.

This is the worst loss of the season right here... the type that rips all confidence right out of your heart, soul, etc. You've got the best team in the conference in your house and arguably the best player in the league. You're up by 11 points with 5 minutes to go in the 4th... and you role over and die. Not even killed. Cleveland gets no credit. We committed suicide.

I don't care if we lose to Cleveland, man. It's the way we lost. I am absolutely disgusted with this basketball team aside from Dwyane Wade and MAYBE J.O. and Jamario Moon. If I'm the head coach I've got a major **** list prepared for the team tomorrow morning.

Also, whatever it is that got into Daequan Cook and made him deathly afraid of shooting the basketball... he needs to get over it. He's the best shooter on this basketball team, and we need him shooting whether they're going in on not.

I've said it all season but nobody wants to listen. Chalmers IS NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME.

We need a VETERAN PG, Chalmers will kill us down the stretch in close games. Especially come playoff time. I like him a lot but we need some leadership at the PG, not rookie blunders and mistakes that ultimately cost us games.

And how many open layups does Chalmers miss a game? Its downright ridiculous at times. He can be good at getting to the basket but he can't close for sh*t yet.

I actually agree with you a bit there. He's been getting torched as of late. It's not that he's not ready to play in crunch time, it's just that he's got absolutely NO ONE behind him to help in those late game situations. No one. With Chris Quinn racking up the DNP's every time this team faces an elite offensive PG (Whether people are ready to admit it or not, MO WILLIAMS IS AN ELITE POINT GUARD), it forces Wade into being the backup PG. That's not an encouraging sign as we head into the playoff stretch. Unfortunately the buyout streak saw nothing but forwards, aside from Jason Hart. OH! Jason Hart. He's the most limited offensive guard in the NBA, but he can run the floor and play solid defense. I don't see why we don't bring him in and tell Quinny to report to the arena in street clothes.
And boy have I pounded Erik Spoelstra... I apologize. I've got to realize that he's a rookie himself. I'm just pretty ****ing pissed at how we blew an 11 point lead so deep in the fourth quarter in what seemed to be nothing but our own mistakes. Cleveland did a nice job of pressuring the ball, but we committed suicide tonight. Cleveland did not come out with the murder. Pure self defense I'm afraid.

I sat 10 rows behind the Cavs bench.

that sequence where we blew the 11 point lead was basically the Cavs mugging their way back into the game and the refs letting them. Trust me..I know..we used to do that when we were winning 50 games.

It took Mo Williams going nuts and Lebron hitting 6 out of 7 three's to beat us. We played our regular game and Wade was Wade.

We matchup really well against them.

BTW, Spoelstra deserves credit for that 91-80 lead. Think about how he we got that lead. it was just great coaching. Think about the adjustment Spo made.

and yeah...sitting that close was insane. The best ticket in sports...and I got front row seats at the Fins games.

Honestly, how are we expected to beat a team, let alone a good team, w/ our 2nd best player on the bench?

25 minutes... against one of the elite teams. Good luck with that...

Luther Head has officially joined the Miami Heat!!!

Not a good defender and he's not to be mistaken for a true point guard. He's a combo guard who at best can bring the ball up the court; don't expect him to make a boat load of plays for teammates, but he won't really be asked to do so. He's a lights out shooter when he's on though. Think Eddie House. He's basically a clone. I raved about him pre-draft years ago. And yes, he's playoff eligible... he was waived before March 1, 2009.

    G - Chalmers / Head / Quinn
    G - Wade / Cook / Head
    F - Moon / Jones / Diawara
    F - Beasley / Haslem
    C - O'Neal / Haslem / Anthony

That should be the playoff rotation.

If this game keeps competitive Wade is going to become the first player in franchise history to have three consecutive 40+ point games.

Beasley with 10 points and 4 boards in 8 minutes... guarantee he still only logs 20-25 minutes.

TERRIBLE officiating here. I understand that Steve Nash is a flopping P.O.S. (one of the players that I have the LEAST amount of respect for in the entire league) but does the entire team follow?

High Def is starting to rub off on me with this Beasley love.... Man I can't comprehend how U is getting more time than Beas.. We need to show this kid some confidence and give him 30+ minutes per game.

Wade is on fire again. He better be 1st team All NBA this year. I'm sick of the media talking up Kobe and Bron. Wade is the league MVP.

Wade carried the team in 06.

If Shaq had 25% of the heart that Zo had he would have been the best NBA player ever.
