Bout to go out and water the bonsai, then make the salsa - mangos, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, and jalepeño, with some Hudson's seasoning mixed in....LOVE IT !

Tops the tacos with the sour cream and cheddar cheese......frying the tacos is the worst part.
