Sorry brother, I resized it, reduced the color and removed over 20 frames and it's still way over the avy limit. Animated gifs are tricky, anything more than 3 frames (depending on size) is going to be too big. The avy limit is 19 kb's, the original that you posted is 383 kb's and this is just under 60.
