so....this is the 2nd straight night my wife and i have gone to the gym.....i can still bench 300+ whenever i want....so i figure, ill just hit cardio really hard and do some pushups and sit ups.....well i just felt out the gym yesterday.....today i busted *** on the tredmill and the bike....and i am ****ing dead! D-E-A-D DEAD!!!!

its good though, cause i feel like i worked my *** off....i did and then some....hopefully i keep this up!!!!! Wifey is dedicated so it will help get my *** there....i dont wanna get shown up by a girl lol....

 

It has been snowing non stop here since 8pm last night.....no work today..and maybe not tomorrow.

I have been concentrating on almost all cardio. When I get down to a more manageable weight I will start lifting more heavier stuff.
